Mal wieder eine Kleinigkeit für zwischendurch, für die Frühstückspause?
Ich mag ja sehr gern “Einfüge-Aufgaben”, wo also Steine zu einer legalen Stellung zu ergänzen sind. Hier ein kleines Beispiel, bei dem sicher sehr schnell (na ja, wahrscheinlich sofort…) klar ist, welche beiden Steine zu ergänzen sind — aber nicht sofort wo?

We need to add the two kings, of course.
Where should the black king be put? White might have given a double check with b7xa8=D++; but the squares in the NE corner are too heavily guarded for this idea to work.
So we must search for a square, which is controlled by two white queens only. There are a handful of these, but only one permits the white king to interfere with one of the queens.
